Full Spectrum Exotics is committed to your enjoyment and success with your new pet. We will always be available to offer advice and the total of our experience and knowledge. Because the success of keeping reptiles and amphibians healthy is based on proper husbandry, we cannot guarantee them for extended periods. There are many variables that affect them after they leave our care and enter yours. That being said, Full Spectrum Exotics offers the following guarantee.
Reptiles will be guaranteed for one week. Please contact us immediately if you feel there is an issue or problem with your animal. We cannot help you if we are not kept informed.
Amphibians will be guaranteed for 48 hours after purchase. These animals are very delicate and require specific care. Please be aware of their particular needs before you bring one home.
Full Spectrum Exotics strongly recommends that you quarantine new animals. Only animals originally purchased from Full Spectrum Exotics will be covered by our guarantee.
Full Spectrum Exotics does not recommend mixing species. We will not be responsible for any losses due to incompatibility.
Full Spectrum Exotics understands that doing what is best for our pets is part of being a responsible keeper. We encourage you to seek veterinary treatment if necessary, but we will not be responsible for any bills or fees incurred.
Full Spectrum Exotics will not be responsible for illness, cuts, scratches, allergic reactions, or any other issue related to the health and well being of the keeper. We undertake this endeavor at our own risk.
